Fe3O4NPs mediated nonenzymatic electrochemical immunosensor for the total protein of Nosema bombycis detection without addition of substrate

Abstract

In this work, we proposed a novel electrochemical immunosensor for sensitive detection of the total protein of Nosema bombycis based on Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4NPs) as catalyst to electrocatalyze the reduction of methylene blue (MB) with the aid of Fe3O4NPs–DNA dendrimers for the signal amplification.
