Flexible SnO2 hollow nanosphere film based high-performance ultraviolet photodetector

Abstract

A high-quality SnO2 hollow-sphere nanofilm based flexible photodetector was constructed viawater–oil’ interfacial assembling. The photodetector showed high sensitivity, superb stability, and was also able to bear significant external mechanical forces.
