Accurate NOE-distance determination enables the stereochemical assignment of a flexible molecule – arugosin C

Abstract

The application of accurate quantitative NOE-distance determination allows the relative stereochemical elucidation of conformationally flexible arugosin C some 39 years after its original report in the literature.
