Photochemical cleavage of leader peptides

Abstract

We report a photolabile linker compatible with Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis and Cu(I)-catalyzed alkyneazide cycloaddition that allows photochemical cleavage to afford a C-terminal peptide fragment with a native amino terminus.
