New mesoporous composites of gallia nanoparticles: high-throughput synthesis and catalytic application

Abstract

A new class of mesoporous materials constituted by gallia nanoparticles was synthesised and tested as epoxidation catalysts. The results prove that these materials can bridge the gap between Ga2O3 nanoparticles and MCM-41-like materials, coupling the benefits of particles in the nanoscale to their organisation in a mesoporous structure.
