N-heteroquinones: quadruple weak hydrogen bonds and n-channel transistors

Abstract

This study demonstrates that the easily synthesized N-heteroquinones, having unusual quadruple weak hydrogen bonds of a DDAAAADD pattern, can function as n-type organic semiconductors in OTFTs with high electron mobility.
