CdS or CdSe decorated TiO2nanotube arrays from spray pyrolysis deposition: use in photoelectrochemical cells

Abstract

In the present work we report on an investigation of TiO2 nanotube arrays sensitized by low band-gap materials, such as CdS and CdSe, prepared by the one-step spray pyrolysis deposition method, which is very suitable for mass production, and their performance in photoelectrochemical cells.
