Expansion of the sortase-mediated labeling method for site-specific N-terminal labeling of cell surfaceproteins on living cells

Abstract

The sortase-mediated labeling method, whose applications have been limited to C-terminal labeling of cell surfaceproteins, has been expanded for site-specific N-terminal labeling of cell surfaceproteins.
