Sequence-specifically platinum metal deposition on enzymatically synthesized DNA block copolymer

Abstract

Platinum metal was sequence-specifically deposited on the DNA block copolymer synthesized by the Klenow fragment of E. coliDNA polymerase I (3′–5′ exonuclease deficient).
