Fluorometric sensing of the salt-induced B–Z DNA transition by combination of two pyrene-labeled nucleobases

Abstract

We have developed a new fluorescent DNA sensor containing two pyrene-labeled nucleobases, PetG and PyC, and the fluorescence color was altered by the salt-induced B–Z DNA transtion.
