Enhanced hole drift mobility in organopolysilane doped with low-molecular-weight charge carrier transport compounds

Abstract

The ‘transport-active’ organopolysilanes doped molecularly with low-molecular-weight charge carrier transport compounds exhibited the highest hole drift mobility, 10–3 cm2 V–1 s–1, for amorphous polymeric solids.
