I.r. evidence for a strong hydrogen bond in the fluoride-uracil system

Abstract

A new 1 : 1 adduct of KF and uracil has been prepared and its i.r. spectrum reveals the presence of strong asymmetrical N–H ‥ F hydrogen bonds.
