Abstract

Incubation of 5β,14β-androstane-3,17-dione with Cercosfiora melonas[Corynespora melonis (CKe) Lindau] afforded 3α 14β-dihydroxyandrostan-17-one, 3-hydroxy-3α,9α-oxido-5β-androstan-17-one, 3α,5β-di-hydroxyandrostan-17-one, and 3α-hydroxy-5β,14β-andro-stan-17-one
