High-throughput chiral analysis using automated desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

Abstract

Rapid chiral analysis is important for high-throughput experimentation in drug development. Here, we implement the so-called “kinetic method” on an automated DESI-MS platform for the fast and separation-free enantiomeric analysis (0.2 min per sample) of a variety of chiral molecules directly from mixtures.
