Palladium-catalyzed aminoalkynylation/alleneamination of urea-tethered alkenes: access to imidazolidinones bearing alkynes and allenes
Abstract
A novel palladium-catalyzed aminoalkynylation/alleneamination of urea-tethered alkenes has been developed, offering an efficient strategy for the synthesis of imidazolidinones bearing alkynes and allenes in moderate to good yields. The reaction exhibits a broad substrate scope, excellent functional group tolerance and good synthetic versatility.
