Spatiotemporal Flt3L delivery via photoactivation enhances tumor-selective immunotherapy

Abstract

We developed photoactivatable Flt3L-loaded EVs that generate localized photodynamic effects to eliminate tumor fibroblasts, degrade extracellular matrix, and recruit immune cells. This naturally derived system enables precise spatiotemporal control of immunotherapy while maintaining tumor specificity and safety.
