Transition metal-promoted switchable cascade processes: diverse synthesis of N-containing compounds through a remote trifluoromethylazidation/1,n-acyl migration sequence

Abstract

Here, we described a transition metal-promoted switchable cascade transformation for the preparation of functionalized aminopyrroline and bicyclic triazin-x(yH)-one derivatives via a remote trifluoromethylazidation/1,n-acyl migration sequence, in which available N-cyanamides, TMSN3 and Togni reagent were employed. In addition, the corresponding diazidation variant has also been demonstrated.
