Union is strength: π–π stacking interactions are capable of preventing solid-state racemization of tris-chelate complexes

Abstract

The first reliable observation of desolvation- and temperature-induced solid-phase racemization of the entire tris-chelates complex is reported. The capability of π–π stacking interactions to prevent such processes was revealed for the first time.
