Photocatalytic C(sp2)–H sulfamoylation of enamides: regio- and stereoselective construction of (E)-β-sulfamoyl enamides

Abstract

A photocatalytic regio- and stereoselective β-C(sp2)–H sulfamoylation of enamides was developed using commercially available sulfamoyl chlorides as the sulfamoyl radical sources. The reaction features mild and metal-free reaction conditions with a broad substrate scope and excellent functional group tolerance.
