A new ligand-regulated strategy of highly mesoporous metal–organic frameworks assembled in ionic liquid/ethanol solvent

Abstract

Hierarchical porous metal–organic framework catalysts were synthesized by ligand regulation in an ionic liquid/ethanol system for the first time. The porosity and morphology could be tuned by the mass fraction of ionic liquid/ethanol and ligand. The hierarchical porous metal–organic framework catalysts exhibited very high activity and stability for the oxidation of alcohol.
