Visible-light-initiated regio- and stereoselective C(sp2)–H phosphorylation of enamides under transition-metal-free conditions

Abstract

A visible-light-induced stereo- and regioselective phosphorylation reaction of enamides with phosphine oxides has been disclosed, delivering synthetically and pharmaceutically appealing β-phosphorylated enamides with broad substrate scopes and excellent functional group tolerance under transition-metal-free conditions.
