Rationally designed water-soluble AIE fluorescent polyester for the detection of oligomers based on the characteristics of HEWL amyloid fibrosis

Abstract

The detection of early amyloid products is of great significance for early diagnosis and prompt treatment of related diseases, but there are still challenges. Herein, we designed a water-soluble AIE polymer based on the characteristics of a model protein during fibrosis, and successfully used this stimulus-responsive polymer for oligomer detection.
