An unusual F-bridged dual-trinuclear Mg–organic framework as a luminescent thermometer for highly efficient low-temperature detection

Abstract

By controlling the synthesis conditions, a novel Mg-organic framework with an unusual μ3-F dual-trinuclear cluster (SQNU-22) was successfully synthesized in a specific solvent system of DMA/DMPU/HFP. Interestingly, SQNU-22 as a luminescent thermometer exhibits excellent low-temperature sensing capabilities at 80–200 K.
