Abstract

This review focuses on the architecture and functions of theranostic nanoparticles. In the beginning, this review highlights the importance of diagnostic imaging with a brief introduction on the importance of MRI in the diagnosis of diseases. Following the diagnosis part, a brief description of the conventional cancer therapies including their toxic side effects is highlighted.
