A novel synthetic method for tubular nanofibers

Abstract

Here, we report the first example of one-pot fabrication of tubular polymer nanofibers (TPFs) by a hyper crosslinking reaction in confined droplets. The self-polycondensation of monomers was carried out in a newly developed dual oil phase system. The difficulty in the preparation of polymers with a regular morphology was overcome by self-polycondensation.
