Engineering graphene oxide with ultrasmall SPIONs and smart released drug for cancer theranostics

Abstract

A smart nanotheranostics nanoplatform was constructed via an engineering graphene oxide and in-situ growth ultrasmall SPIONs strategy. Such constructed novel theranostics nanoplatform shows great potentials in the tumor theranostics, especially for T1-MR imaging-guided pH-sensitive chemotherapy.
