A label-free small molecular hydrogel-based electrochemical immunosensor for ultrasensitive detection of deoxynivalenol

Abstract

A guanosine-based small-molecular hydrogel is developed as a label-free electrochemical immunosensing platform for ultrasensitive detection of deoxynivalenol with good selectivity, stability, repeatability and applicability in real samples. Compared to other sensing materials, the formulated hydrogel-based immunosensor displays higher response sensitivity, simplicity, feasibility, and broader applicability.
