Development of a two-photon turn-on fluorescent probe for cysteine and its bio-imaging applications in living cells, tissues, and zebrafish

Abstract

A two-photon fluorescent probe (Co-Cys) for the identification of cysteine (Cys) has been developed. Co-Cys can identify Cys in living cells, liver tissue slices, and zebrafish.
