Bis(4-pyridylamino)triazine-stabilized magnetite KCC-1: a chemoselective, efficient, green and reusable nanocatalyst for the synthesis of N-substituted 1,4-dihydropyridines

Abstract

Bis(4-pyridylamino)triazine stabilized on Fe3O4/KCC-1 as a novel, inexpensive and non-corrosive nano structural compound catalyzed the synthesis N-substituted-1,4-dihydropyridines. High catalytic activity, ease of recovery from the reaction mixture using an external magnet, and the ability to be reused several times without a significant performance loss are additional eco-friendly attributes of this catalytic system.
