Phase-controlled synthesis of orthorhombic and tetragonal AgGaSe2 nanocrystals with high quality

Abstract

High-quality AgGaSe2 nanocrystals with a novel orthorhombic structure have been successfully prepared via a facile colloidal synthesis method, and the crystalline phase can be tuned by adjusting the concentration of oleylamine and the reactant mole ratio of selenium.
