Reaction-based phosphorescent nanosensor for ratiometric and time-resolved luminescence imaging of fluoride in live cells†
Abstract
A two-channel phosphorescent nanosensor for fluoride with excellent selectivity and sensitivity has been designed and synthesized. By using the specific chemical affinity between silicon and fluoride, the nanosensor has been used for ratiometric and time-resolved luminescence detection of Fâ in aqueous media and live cells.
