Blue phase-mixed anatase–rutile TiO2 heterogeneous junction composites: surface defect-induced reconstruction by F ion and superior lithium-storage properties†
Abstract
A novel blue phase-mixed anatase–rutile TiO2 heterogeneous junction composite, as an anode material in lithium ion batteries (LIBs), is built via a surface defect induced method. The as-synthesized composites exhibit outstanding rate capability (93 mA h g−1 at 20 C), and good cycling stability (7.35% capacity loss after 200 cycles at 10 C).
