Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of novel spiro[indole-pyridothiazine] analogs as antiproliferative agents

Abstract

A zeolite supported Brønsted-acid catalyst system has been developed for the synthesis of novel N-substituted spiro[indole-pyridothiazine] analogs under ultrasonication in shorter reaction times with higher yields. The antiproliferative effects of the synthesized compounds were also tested against a wide range of tumor cell lines.
