An unusual three-dimensional coordination network formed by parallel polythreading of two-fold polycatenated (6,3) layers

Abstract

An unusual three-dimensional zinc(II) coordination network {[Zn(btre)0.5(OH-bdc)(H2O)2]·1.5H2O}n (1) formed by parallel polythreading of two-fold polycatenated (6,3) layers has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
