Tailoring ordered taper-nanopore arrays by combined nanosphere self-assembling, imprinting, anodizing and etching

Abstract

We report a simple and effective method for tailoring ordered three-dimensional alumina taper-nanopore arrays, dispensing with any unavailable and expensive top-down equipment.
