A supersandwich multienzyme–DNA label based electrochemical immunosensor

Abstract

An immunosensor based on the supersandwich multienzyme–DNA label realizing the electron transfer between the enzyme's redox site and the electrode is proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) with a low detection limit of 0.05 pg mL−1.
