From globular star-shaped molecules to self-assembled nano-spheres: a novel scandium croconate polynuclear complex

Abstract

Globular star-shaped molecules of a new scandium croconate compound containing a heptanuclear hydroxo–oxo scandium cluster are packed in a spherical way giving rise to nano–microspheres in the bulk solid.
