A highly efficient chemical sensor material for ethanol: Al2O3/Graphene nanocomposites fabricated from graphene oxide

Abstract

Al2O3/Graphene nanocomposites are firstly produced from GO solution by a one-step, green, facile, low-cost SC CO2 method. The as-prepared nanocomposite papers display high CL sensitivity and high selectivity to the ethanol gas, which provides a facile, green and low-cost route for the preparation of ethanol nanoscopic sensing devices with wide applications.
