A novel electrochemiluminescent reagent of cyclometalated iridium complex-based DNA biosensor and its application in cancer cell detection

Abstract

An ultrasensitive biosensor employing a novel electrochemiluminescent (ECL) labeling reagent cyclometalated Ir complex has been reported, and successfully applied in cancer cell detection.
