Precursor-directed fungal generation of novel halogenated chaetoglobosins with more preferable immunosuppressive action

Abstract

Precursor-fed cultivation of endophytic Chaetomium globosum1C51 afforded nine novel “unnatural” halogenated chaetoglobosins including those with more preferable immunosuppressive activity.
