Electrochemical analysis of two analytes based on a dual-functional aptamerDNA sequence

Abstract

A multifunctional electrochemical strategy based on a dual-aptamer for the detection of adenosine and thrombin in one-pot was developed, by coupling the enhancement of bio-bar-code technology and anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV).
