Supramolecular-directed synthesis of RNA-mediated CdS/ZnSnanotubes

Abstract

Supramolecular interactions of colloidalCdS/ZnS with RNA in the presence of excess Zn2+ offer a convenient means for the production of quantum confined semiconducting tubular nanostructures in an aqueous medium.
