High-density, vertically aligned crystalline CrO2nanorod arrays derived from chemical vapor deposition assisted by AAO templates

Abstract

Vertically aligned CrO2nanorods with an areal density as high as 1.2 × 1010 cm−2 were obtained viaatmospheric pressure CVD assisted by AAO templates for the first time.
