An electrochemical immunosensor based on antibody–nanowire conjugates

Abstract

Gold nanowires functionalized for electrochemical immunosensing were prepared and demonstrated to detect prostate specific antigen (PSA) with the sensitivity required in molecular and clinical diagnostics.
