Synthesis highlights

Abstract

This review highlights key steps in some of the total syntheses of natural products which were reported in the chemical literature in 2007. Syntheses are grouped according to the activity of the products, and include antitumour, antiparasitic, neuropharmacological and anti-HIV compounds.
