Abstract

A rare infinite triple-stranded helical motif {[ErAg3(L)3(H2O)]}n (1) and intriguing sandwich-type 3D framework {[ErAg3(HO–L)2(H2O)]}n (2) heterometal MOFs have been obtained, which show NIR luminescence properties.
