Silver and gold

Abstract

This report focuses on gold and silver coordination and organometallic complexes. A full account of all new compounds lies outside the scope of this brief report, and only general trends and representative examples of complexes with unusual structures and/or properties are included. The report does not cover the literature on catalysis (although recent reviews are mentioned), gold/silver-containing nanoparticles and nanostructures, or the surface and solid-state chemistry of the metals.
