Stereoisomerism in polyoxometalates: structural and spectroscopic studies of bis(malate)-functionalized cluster systems

Abstract

Pure enantiomers of a polytungstate cluster [(α-P2W16O59)Zr23-O)(mal)]218− (mal = malate) have been obtained and their conversion to meso diastereomers was observed by 31P NMR.
