Polyoxometalates covalently bonded with terpyridine ligands

Abstract

A terpyridine ligand is covalently linked to a hexamolybdate cluster through the Mo–N imido bond, paving the way for the preparation of hybrids containing covalently bonded transition metal complexes and polyoxometalate clusters.
