Abstract

Compounds of type [(Ph3P)2AgIn(SC{O}R)4] (R = Me (1), Ph (2)) are excellent single-source precursors for AgInS2 bulk materials by pyrolysis and AgIn5S8 films by aerosol assisted chemical vapour deposition (AACVD).
